            Honeybook is a customer relationship management system. What Is that? It is a system that helps you keep all your clients in order, so it helps with bookings, payments, contacts, and soooo much more!

How do I use honeybook in my business?

            I use honeybook from begging of the booking process all the way to the end. I use honeybook to keep track of all my projects and in return this creates a seamless client experience. Let me walk you through exactly how I use honeybook?

1. I create a client project with all the details
2. I send my client their contract and invoice to sign and pay
3. Once that is finished the project gets moved to the planning stage that is where I find out what time, when, and where the project will take place and mark it on my calendar in honeybook so I don’t double book!
4. Once I have photographed the project it gets moved to the editing stage where I edit of course
5. Once I have finished that I will send the gallery through honeybook!
6. I will give my clients a day or two to look over the images and then I send a final email with information on how they can leave a review. In this stage I will also send a questionnaire to learn from their experience and see if there is anything I can work on!
7. When all of that is done, I achieve the project
