We are starting a new series that breaks down a lot of the parts of a wedding day, how they are important, and what you can do to get the prettiest photos!

My absolute favorite thing to capture as a photographer is the getting ready details. If you have seen any of my social medias, you know I am OBSESSED with capturing this part of the day. I feel like this is just the start of your beautiful day. Being able to piece together and style all those little important details that you hand-picked gives me all the feels. Below I am going to give you a list of all the little details you could include to make those images even prettier!

What to give your photographer for your getting ready detail photos

• Invitation suit
• Earings
• All rings
• Necklace
• Shoes
• Flowers
• Perfume if you used some
• Garter
• Anything that you have that will have significance to your day

These items on the list are what make up a flat lay and help you remember your day. Your photographer does not know everything that you love so it’s helpful to have them ready for them when they arrive! When you already have them prepared it also takes away the time that the photographer must bother you during the process!
