If you are a photographer, then you know that not all clients are created equal. Some clients are a perfect fit for your style and vision, while others can be more challenging. How do you determine if a wedding client is meant for you? Here are four tips to help you make the decision!

First, take a look at your ideal client. Do they fit the description of the person you want to work with? If not, then they may not be a good fit for you. Second, do they love your work? If they are constantly nitpicking and criticizing your style, then it may not be a good match. Third, do they respect you? If they are constantly trying to push you around or bargain for a lower price, then it may not be worth your time. Lastly, do they start the conversation off by knowing they want to work with you? If they seem unsure or hesitant, then it might not be the right fit.

If you’re constantly struggling with clients that don’t fit your vision, then it might be time to reassess your business. Make sure you are clear about the type of client you want to work with, and don’t be afraid to turn away those that don’t fit the bill. Your business will be better for it in the long run!
